Booking the Riverhouse

The Riverhouse rate is $135 per night with a 3 night minimum, or $700 per week (6 nights), plus 9% sales tax. This rate is based on 4 guests per stay. There is a maximum of 6 guests per stay and guest #5 and #6 will be subject to a surcharge of $10 per person for each night. The weekly rate will save you $110 compared to the daily rate however this does not include the 9% sales tax. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the house for a specific date. Payment in full must be made prior to arrival and we accept check, Visa, or Mastercard. If you must cancel your trip due to severe weather such as a hurricane, or due to unexpected personal or family health emergencies, we will issue a refund.
